Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use MegaVision for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in MegaVision
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MegaVision or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MegaVision's website.
